Family home near the seaside!

A lovely family home with three bedrooms. Our house has a lovely garden and it is lovely to eat in on summer days .

About the location

Our house is in a Sussex coastal village. You can walk to the the beach which is popular in the summer for swimming and watersports, particularly kite surfing. There is a lovely park nearby which young children would really enjoy.
There is a train station about ten minutes walk away, you can take a direct train to London and the journey takes about an hour.
We have house swapped before and our swapper loved the location because it was easy to travel to London for the day. He also enjoyed the historic local areas including Battle, Hastings and Portsmouth and he visited the Jane Austen and Rudyard Kipling house. We often travel to London to go shopping and to catch a West End show.
The city of Brighton is 20 minutes away and this is a fantastic place for the beach, Brighton Pier, shopping, the theatre and Brighton Pavillion.
The nearest airport is London Gatwick which is a direct 30 minute train ride away.
