Cottage near York - English cottage

Our Cottage is about 200 years old with some bits added on in the 1930s. There are 2 rooms with queen size beds, 2 with double beds and a small single room. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and there is also a house bathroom. Downstairs we have a large drawing room, study, dining room, morning, room, kitchen utility room a snug/TV room and a downstairs loo.
The house has a good sized garden which is enclosed and safe for children.

About the location

We live 3 miles from the centre of York in a large village which has a good village shop, 3 pubs, a chemist, post office and a church. There is a regular bus into the city centre and a wealth of attractions and shops in the city plus easy access to the Yorkshire Moors and Dales and to the coast.
