Our home has 4 bedrooms , one with ensuite, a large south facing garden with patio area and barby, sunroom ,lounge with 50" flat screen TV, dinning room and breakfast kitchen. We would also be able to offer our car for exchange. It's spacious and has an open plan layout downstairs and would make a comfortable base to explore the north of England. We are in a typical quiet English street 10 mins from the city centre and coast.

About the location

Our area is Silksworth a suburb of Sunderland which has a rich cultural mining and ship building heritage. We have 2 lovely local parks and a leisure centre with pool , gym and tennis and a dry ski slope.Locally there are cafes and a restaurant , take aways and supermarkets .We are 10 mins from the coast and beaches and 10 mins from the city centre with restaurants, bars, shops, cinema, theatre, gallery and museum.
We are well served with transport links with trains and metro to Newcastle about 30mins by train 20 by car.Durham and it's cathedral is around 20mins by car and It's also only 1.5 hours to hours to York and under 2 hours to Edinburgh.
