New York city

Our apartment has two stories or floors connected inside by a spiral staircase. The layout is open plan and we often use the downstairs floor as a bedroom and the upstairs as our living room. Each floor has its own bathroom. Upstairs there is a full kitchen although we do not have a conventional oven. The location is excellent with 24-hour subway transport a few steps away. Very close are Central Park and Riverside park where walking and running are a big attraction. Stores and restaurants abound all around us. Museums and all the sites of the city are close by and easily accessible. The apt has wifi and all amenities. We are very interested in being in Paris for the Nov-Dec 2015 climate talks, organized by the UN.

About the location

New York city - Manhattan - the Upper West Side, just adjacent to Columbia University, on Amsterdam Ave, entrance on ground floor level. There are amenities and parks all around us with excellent 24-hous a day transport including a direct bus to LaGuardia airport. Some say this is the best location in New York city.
