39 Whiteway Drive

Our home is a traditional 1930's semi detached home. There is space to park one car off road at the front of the house. It has a cosy lounge with a real fire and 2 sofas to seat the family. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer. We are keen cooks so have most things a cook would need. The dining room looks out onto the garden. It has a large extendable dining table.
One bedroom is a small box room and has a cabin bed. The main bedroom has a double bed with TV. The other bedroom is a children's room with bunk beds.
There is plenty of garden space with outside seating, a BBQ, trampoline and small summer house.
This is a family home. There are lots of toys for children to enjoy both inside and outside.

About the location

Our home is in Heavitree, a popular residential area of Exeter. It is about a ten minute drive to the airport. It is 10 minutes from the M5 and the nearest train station is also about 10 minutes away. Heavitree has excellent community spirit. There are two parks close by, with Heavitree Park being our favourite. It has plenty of open space, a playground, skate park, tennis and basketball courts. There are regular events organised by the local charity "Park Life"
Heavitree has its own shopping centre with 2 small supermarkets, 5 pubs and other shops. We are 2 minutes from the bus stop and a 15 minute walk to the train station that serves the popular towns of Topsham and Exmouth.
Exeter is a vibrant city with many historical attractions such as the Cathedral and Underground Passages. It also has an abundance of natural attractions such as Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks, wonderful beaches and forests to explore. Cornwall is just 1 hour away and is popular with surfers.
