"Morvoren" which is Cornish for Mermaid.

A semi detached mock tudor cottage style house. it is situated amongst other bungalows and houses on a housing estate. It is very close to the countryside - the Sussex Downs (2 mins walk) and very close to the sea (10 mins walk) and about 4 miles from Brighton. It has a rear garden, with trees and shrubs. It also has an outside room (studio) which can be used as a bedroom. Shops are 10 mins walk at the end of our road. The interior decorations reflect the artistic nature of the owners.

About the location

Walking in the countryside : You can be out on the downs in 2 minutes and deep in the country in 15 minutes. Their is a tiny ancient village 15-20 minutes walk away called Telscombe with a flint church and cottages. You can walk for miles into the Sussex Downs - an area of outstanding natural beauty . The sea shore is very near beyond chalk cliffs.
We are within a short car or Bus journey from, Brighton (4 miles) Eastbourne (10 miles) Chichester (20 miles) & London is 1 hour away by train from Brighton Station which is reached by a direct bus service.
