Beautiful Caribbean Villa with Swimming Pool

Our gorgeous villa has stunning views over the Caribbean Sea from the terrace, swimming pool and the balcony of the main bedroom. There are two large, airy bedrooms, one with en suite, the other with a bathroom just next to it. There is a third, smaller bedroom with a futon which should only be used as an emergency overflow really as it's nowhere near as special as the main bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has its own balcony with stunning views across the sea and a high table and chairs.
The main area is open and light, with a very high roof. The kitchen is not fancy and up to date but has everything you need for cooking, and a hatch/bar that opens onto the main terrace, where tables and chairs are set up for dining and lounging.
The main room has comfortable chairs and a sofa, and a TV with DVD player but no cable TV. This room opens out onto the pool area.
The garden is beautiful but on a steep slope, so not somewhere you would go for a walk necessarily.

About the location

The villa is situated in a quiet residential area and the only sounds you can hear are the wildlife and the waves breaking on the beach below. It's high up but there is a path through the woods to get to Woodlands Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, which is frequently deserted.
Montserrat is not a luxury island like the rest of the caribbean. It's a quiet, unspoiled, rural island with lots to do if you like to hike and explore, but not if you want to go shopping or eat gourmet food! It's the way the caribbean used to be!
The island is so safe that we never lock our doors, and violent crime is virtually unknown (and never against tourists. Neither are there any poisonous animals or insects.
The volcano that made island famous still smokes away in the middle of the island and is great to go and look at, but you're completely safe in our villa, even if there is an eruption - we're protected by mountains in between us and it!
We love this island and live nearby in a little, wooden house in the jungle, which is also possible to swap with but is far less luxurious!
