winston gardens

I live on the outskirts of Boston, Lincolnshire just 10 minutes walk into town across the canal, in a spacious, 2 bedroom bungalow with wonderful neighbours who will be on hand to help if needed. There are two large double bedrooms which can sleep 4 people or a travelling family with children if they don't mind sharing. the bathroom contains , shower sink unit and a separate toilet room. there is a cloak room and separate hallway.
There is a large living room with all amenities, woodburner TV comfy seating etc, Fully equipped kitchen with small dining area and another side dinning room; there is a large conservatory leading into the garden which doubles up as another lounge to enjoy my large back garden which has a pond in, so you will need to feed the fish please :) there is a separate utility room attached to the garage with has a washer and dyer. There is off road parking on my drive way.

The is fully enclosed so if your travelling with a pet feel secure, the garden is equipped with a BBQ, table and chairs. Feel free to mow the lawn :) the house has wifi internet access, televisions.
I'm in the perfect location to walk to the town to the shops and Boston stump to get to the town centre walk up by the river canal; there's a cinema, restaurant, theatre, shops etc but can also be at the famous Skegness beach in less than 30 minutes! and Lincoln city again 30 minutes away with all its famous cathedrals castle and shops or just enjoy the fantastic river walks around Anton's goat with great picnic areas or river boat rides.

There's a local newsagents take-away, traditional pubs, and there is a large central park in the town 10 minutes away.

Visitors can immerse themselves in history, heritage and culture including the town's famous Wednesday & Saturday large traditional markets, established for more than 450 years. The market place has recently been enhanced and is a bright, airy open space great for pedestrians, the markets themselves and other activities such as craft fairs. It is surrounded by a medieval network of lanes hosting many independent shops, cafes and eateries and many national retailers in the more prominent shopping areas such as Pescod Square.
Another spectacular feature of the town is the Maud Foster Mill, one of the tallest and finest working windmills in the country. Built by Isaac & Thomas Reckitt in 1819 its turning 5 sails are still a feature of Boston today. Use this link to go to the Maud Foster Windmill website this is 5 minutes from my home.
