Upstairs there's a master en-suite bedroom, a bathroom with separate bath & shower & double and a twin bedrooms.

Outside there's a garden shed, lawn with flower beds, fruit trees & a separate vegetable plot with ramshackle greenhouse.

There are bird feeders from which you'll see; varieties of finches, sparrows, tits & woodpeckers as well as ground feeders like robins, black birds, ringed doves and the occasional pheasant. You'll also be able to enjoy watching buzzards circling overhead.

We have 3 very well behaved English Springer Spaniels - Gill (12) & Daisy Mae (5) & Izzie (18 months). This exchange may not be suitable for those suffering from animal related allergies. We kennel our dogs during our exchanges, though if you were happy to look after them during your stay we would be happy to consider the offer. We are happy to exchange with other dog owners in the UK.

About the location

Betws Yn Rhos is a safe, friendly village in rural North Wales. We have a village store, bakery, good pub (The Wheatsheaf), St Michael's church, a community run gym and 18 hole golf course. There's also a cracking restaurant run by the local B&B at The Ffarm - booking is essential.

We are only 5 miles from Abergele on the coast with miles of sandy beaches, and 14 miles from Llandudno.
Snowdonia National Park is 20 minutes away.
The great shopping and visitor centre of Chester is 45 minutes away,
Liverpool & Manchester are about an hour away.
We are a couple of Miles from the A55 leading on to Holyhead and the Irish Ferries.
