Victorian semi-detached house in convenient area

Our home is a 4 story house with a garden and patio area to the rear. The 5 bedrooms could accommodate up to 9 people but 7 more comfortably. (one of the bedrooms is used more as an office space now but does have a double futon if required). We have 2 separate rooms on the ground floor as well as a fully equipped and sizeable kitchen. There are 2/3 bedrooms plus shower room on the first floor with a further 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the top floor. There are a few steps leading up to the front door to accommodate the basement/cellar. We are very conveniently placed for local shopping, direct trains into London (40 mins) and to the south coast as well as being close to Gatwick airport and the M25 (both within 10 minute drive). There is also a large play park at the end of our road.

About the location

Surrey is a beautiful county with lots to explore. You can walk to the North Downs Way with its magnificent views - & pubs along the way! There are plenty of National Trust properties in the area as well as beautiful towns and villages. We are very close to Boxhill too where some of the Olympic cycling was staged - fabulous views and walks abound!
