Apartment recently renovated with two bedrooms, fourth floor WITHOUT ELEVATOR, 60 sqm, balcony, modern and comfortable furniture, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwashers, microwave oven, internet. Dining room with kitchenette, sofa, TV, DVD, CD player, one bedroom with double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, bathroom with shower. Very nice, I like very much, it is a very comfortable and nice apartment but I would still underline that it is a fouth floor without elevator.

About the location

Very quiet neighborhood (Firenze Rifredi), the road is internal, and so it is quiet, surrounded by gardens with lots of greenery. There is a small market just below the palace, and several shops and bars in the surrounding streets, , butcher, greengrocer, bakery, bars. At few meters from the house there is the stop terminus of Bus n14 directed toward the center and the railwaystation of Santa Maria Novella (SMN).
It is also very close to the main hospitals of Florence and to the Medical Faculty of the University of Florence.
It is also very close to the Rifredi railwaystation, 10 minutes on foot ,and to the airport, only 15 minutes by car.
