The house is an attractive victorian large cottage style home with high ceilings, large windows and double doors which open onto the pool and courtyard gardens. It has full security, with an alarm and electric fencing as well as armed response. Under cover off street parking.
The kitchen is large with all of the necessary fittings plus an outside laundry. The kitchen is open plan on to an 8 seater dining table and the lounge seats 8 people comfortably. A hallway leads into the bedroom and bathroom section of which there are two of each. One very large master suite with dressing room and with an en-suite bath and shower.French doors into the garden. The second bedroom is a good size with fitted cupboards and the large family bath and shower room is located opposite.
Fully equipped for up to 8 people however only four people are requested and due to there being no fencing around the pool is only suitable for couples with adult children or two couples. There is a 6 seater outside table, two garden loungers and umbrellas, beach towels and cushions.
This home is tastefully decorated in a comfortable style with wooden floor boards and has a light and airy feel.
A cleaning service can be arranged.

Claremont is a highly desirable family area and the house is a 5 minutes walk to Cavendish Square Shopping Centre. Located centrally within Claremont and a 3 minute walk to the Five Star Vineyard Hotel. Newlands Village is a few minutes walk away and the world famous Newlands Cricket and Rugby Stadiums are about 15 minutes walk. The house is facing the superb mountain range and within 12 minutes drive of the Constantia Vineyards, Restaurants and Shopping Centres. Cape Town itself is 15 minutes drive and the airport is about 22 minutes. Newlands forest is 5 minutes drive and offers spectacular hiking and walking trails.
