Our holiday home in the small, friendly town of Amble on the Northumberland coast is comfortable and convenient. It has a living room, kitchen/diner, two double bedrooms, a nursery, and two bathrooms. There is a small yard area with plants suitable for eating outdoors. On street parking is available nearby.
The house is situated only minutes from local shops, the harbour and beach.
About the location
Amble is a small town which still boasts a fishing fleet - albeit not a large one. It is ideally situated for accessing Northumberland's beaches, castles and the national park. Warkworth castle is only a mile away and Alnwick Castle, which featured in the Harry Potter films is seven miles away. For those wishing to venture north into Scotland Edinburgh can be reached by train in only an hour and a half.
