we live in a hilltop four storey Clifton Wood House with access to the award winning Town Garden opposite. The busy village of Clifton and the Bristol Suspension Bridge are both minutes away. It is a lovely friendly community here in Clifton wood and we are literally on the Bristol Harbour side itself. The house is very much like a typical Amsterdam canal side one in it's layout and construction and has outstanding views to the rear. There are four bedrooms and a study with built in bunk so can accommodate five people with comfort. There is a very large kitchen diner occupying the entire basement which can service twelve or more people for meals and leads out onto a small courtyard garden. The two top floor bedrooms both have ensuite bathrooms and there is a very large family bathroom on the third floor with double sinks and roll top bath. The sitting room with wood burner is also situated on the third floor also.

About the location

Bristol Harbourside and Clifton Village are well known areas of outstanding beauty and excellent amenities are available in both. The green site area of Ashton Court which is perfect for walks is five minutes away on foot and the centre of Bristol itself is a ten minute walk or bus ride. All travel links are on the doorstep and Trains boats and planes are all accessed from the bottom of the Hill next to the house!The Brunel designed Great Britain Ship is along the main road minutes from the house and the Clifton Suspension Bridge can be seen from the bedroom windows.It really is in the most desirable location possible for visitors to this great city.
