I live in a very centrally located area, that is a one bedroom, one bathroom home.
Lovingly decorated, no pets and no smoking.

The apartment has one large bedroom.
Bath and shower
Along with a through living / dinner area.
The living room part has a nice large TV with sky tv and catch up tv, along with very comfy sofas.
Dinning area has a dinning table large enough for 4 people.

Kitchen is a bit smaller ( like all apartments) But is still nice, with a cooker and all modern items you would expect even a grill, mixer and smoothy maker, also a washing machine.

We have a communal garden.

About the location

The apartment is located by train links which can take you to London with in 2 hours or Birmingham with 25 mins.
Very good bus routes to many areas as well as the local town ( Sutton Coldfield) which is a lovely shopping area.

We also have a beautiful park within 5 mins walk, It is the seventh largest urban park in Europe, which is home to many wild animals as well as horses, cows and donkeys.

My apartment is on the second floor.
