About the location

Moorooka is a wonderful suburb with walking distance to the CBD (2 hours) although a ten minute drive to the city is very easy. There are many parks and gardens and the house is situated beside Toohey Mountain where there are terrific long and short walks in original bushland. The area is full of great coffee shops and restaurants although the immediate surrounds near the house are mostly houses. Griffith University is walking distance through Toohey Forrest. It is a wonderful cycling area although there are many hills. The freeway to the Gold Coast is one kilometre away and the journey to the Gold Coast beaches only 45 minutes drive. A fast bus to the city stops 50 metres away.
