In the heart of Malbec country - Mendoza, Argentina

My flat is located in the most central part of town. The building has a shopping gallery on the ground level and the flat is on the 6th floor, on the building's corner tower and it takes the whole floor. It is charming and very comfortable, has gas central heating and air conditioning.

It is furnished with 20 Century pieces, very bright, with original wooden floors and tiles in the kitchen and bathrooms. There is a balcony all around the flat, with views on the main street, the mountains and over the tree tops, as the city looks like a forest from above.

The flat is spacious, sunny and quiet. Downstairs there are lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. The kitchen is fully equiped: gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster and there is a washing machine.

About the location

Mendoza is the wine capital of the country and one of the eight Great Wine Capitals of the World. It is located on the center-west of the country, it has dry weather with hot summer, short and cold winter, lovely dry autumn weather and warm and bright spring.

There are many attractions to the city, very good restaurants, very active night life, plenty of outdoor activities, museums, theaters, concert hall, cinemas, parks and squares at walking distance and wonderful wineries in and out of town. Plenty of places to try and test Malbec wines, our very typical grape and distinctive wine variety.

There are great wineries to visit out of town with wonderful restaurants. The landscape and the vineyards are very striking with the Andes in the background.
