Lovely contemporary home
My house is 20 years old but has recently undergone a refurbishment. It is bright and modern and is situated on a quiet no through road. We are within walking distance of the town centre and the countryside and the lake. We are about 15 mins walk to the mainline station to London, Portsmouth/Southsea (the coast ) Guildford and Woking. London is just over an hour on the fast train to Waterloo. The house is spacious and comfortable and offers accommodation for two to four people. We are in the Southdowns National Park and there is loads to do.
About the location
The area is fantastic with lots of tree and woodland walks, - not far away. The south coast is not far away, neither is London both accessible by train. Parking is available for one car. There are many villages within striking distance as is Winchester and Chichester.
