Lovely Villa with Private Pool

Our home is a lovely villa with private pool and stunning views. It is in a quiet, rural location, 5 minutes (by car) from the town of Javea on the Costa Blanca. Upstairs has one double bedroom and one large twin room, large sunny lounge/dining room, large terrace (perfect for sun-downers), fully fitted kitchen, family bathroom and one small ensuite bathroom. Downstairs there is a separate accommodation comprising fully fitted kitchen, large lounge/dining room, double bedroom and bathroom. There is also a self contained double bedroom with ensuite. The house is on an enclosed plot with a large pool that is not overlooked. There is an extensive tiled terrace around the pool perfect for sun-bathing and alfresco dining. Midnight swims are almost obligatory with the pool lights turned on!

About the location

Javea is a small, historic town, free of high rise buildings offering a relaxing holiday atmosphere. The local people are friendly and affable. The clean, warm, blue Mediterranean Sea laps the beautiful beaches and coves that Javea has to offer.

From sandy coastlines to rugged mountain areas, its mild year-round climate, its careful planning policies and extensive tourist facilities, Javea is a jewel on the Costa Blanca, combining beauty and modern facilities with the charm of an ancient fishing village.

The Arenal area has a lovely promenade that curves round the sandy bay. Here you'll find a variety of bars, restaurants and nightlife. The Pueblo (Old Town) is a maze of small, car-free streets where you'll find a mix of traditional and modern restaurants. The Port area is the perfect place to watch the world go by, day and night.

Javea is mid-way between Valencia and Alicante airports, at around 1 hour 15 minutes by car.
