Algarve villa .Portugal . 10 minutes walk to the sea,beaches and cliffs

Great location,near everything . The Algarve is a beautiful region of Portugal . Very safe and very laid back . Low cost of living and great regional wines ,cheeses and organic foods . Fresh fish is,of course available daily . English is spoken in all shops, bars and restaurants . World class golf in several locations . 2 sets of clubs available -gents and ladies ,right handed .
You would have the villa to yourself as we live in Dublin , Ireland . This is rented---when we are not using it , or swapping -- throughout the year and will have everything you might need for a relaxing stay .
For 2015, I am looking for a swap to Dubai or near .Large 3 or 4 bed would be great and my time frame is late 2015, early 2016. - Completed , Thank you .
UPDATE :) I am looking for a swap in October time frame--2016 -- for Copenhagen or Geneva please . I can only exchange in low season as I rent to holiday makers at all other times . Autumn in the Algarve is filled with sunny days, to spend exploring and cooler nights to relax with a box set and a sampling from a local vineyard .
