Spacious 70 square meter one -bedroom apartment. Newly renovated and beautifully but simply furnished and very very easy to clean. Secure apartment block with garden. The apartment has a small balcony, a large bedroom and open plan kitchen/living area. You can sit and look at Table Mountain from the dining area. Plenty of cupboards and utensils, in fact everything for a comfortable stay. Secure reserved parking is in the property. The apartment is on the second floor but the short flight have never been a problem for us and we are both 70, one with a wonky back.
The kitchen is well equipped and has a washing machine, microwave, nespresso and plenty of crockery and cutlery.
Because we do not use the apartment very often, there are not many of our personal things, so you can comfortably make the space yours.

About the location

The suburb is Gardens, aptly named. There are two parks very close by, as well as walking distance to high street shopping, cinemas, numerous restaurants and the cosmopolitan chaos of Long and Loop Streets. Many city attractions are within walking distance, and the MyCiti bus stop is a block away, a wonderfully efficient service that gives access to almost the whole peninsula. Table Mountain, Waterfront, Sea Point and Clifton and many more special places within striking distance. Whatever your favourite kind of holiday, you will find it here.
