Our spacious home in 'Provence' Yalyalup is situated just 5 minutes from the centre of the lovely seaside town of Busselton in the South West of Western Australia. A choice of pristine beaches are only a 5 minute drive away along with the longest jetty in the Southern Hemisphere - great for fishing! Margaret River, renowned for its surfing, is a half hour drive, as are Bunbury and Dunsborough. Wineries, first class restaurants and a host of tourist attractions are all on the doorstep and for 8 - 9 months of the year, Busselton is a sun-lovers paradise.
Busselton is two and a half hours drive south of the beautiful city of Perth, which is situated on the Swan River. The South West is accessed via Forrest Hwy or South West Hwy, both are direct, first class roads taking you through the scenic Australian countryside.
The closest International Airport is Perth, although Busselton does have a Regional Airport. The Australind train also runs from Perth to Bunbury or there are bus services to Busselton.
Our home is 3 years old, with 3 double bedrooms ( although one is used as an office, and will be locked). The main living area is open planned with dining/bar area, spacious kitchen and family area. There is a separate lounge room, two bathrooms and a roomy laundry. The outdoor alfresco area is under the main roof and has fitted shades. There is a double remote controlled garage and easy care auto reticulate gardens . The living area has reversed cycle air conditioning.
We have a vehicle to offer as an exchange.
We are looking for a long term exchange (around 3 months) anywhere in the UK or Ireland, with a vehicle included in the exchange. We are open to offers regarding the time of year and are happy to exchange in the Northern Autumn/Winter.

About the location

Provence is a young estate, with well kept parks and lakes. The surrounding area has retained its natural beauty and is abundant with Kangaroos and Ring Tailed Possums. Our home is situated opposite a large natural lake and bush.
