Built in 2012 our home is a light airy modern family home. Downstairs there are four spacious bedrooms. These are 1) double with en-suite shower, 2) nursery/bedroom, 3) double room with full size single bunk-beds, 4) double with a full size single cabin bed. There is a utility room with washing machine and family bathroom room with bath and shower. Upstairs there is a lounge with views towards Mounts Bay, St. Michael's Mount and Penzance promenade and the Art Deco Jubilee Pool. There is a large modern kitchen and dining area opening out via patio doors onto a decked area.

About the location

Our home is in the ancient fishing port of Newlyn, Penzance. Penzance is the most westerly major town in Cornwall and is approximately 75 miles (121 km) west of Plymouth and 300 miles (480 km) west-southwest of London. Situated in the shelter of Mount's Bay, the town faces south-east onto the English Channel. The area is well known for its coastal walks, scenery and outstanding beaches. Sennen and Lands End are around 5 miles away.
