The property: An end of terrace, 2 double bedrooms (the 3rd is a home office), ground floor house. There are 2 private patios. One bathroom. There's a kitchen/diner and a separate living room. It's ideal for a couple - we find it ideal for us. The rooms are pretty spacious for London.

It's a fantastic location in arty, fashionable East London. On the edge of Zone 1 (so you get the cheapest travelcards). 5 minutes walk from the popular restaurants and bars of Broadway Market (organic farmers market on Saturdays) / London Fields (with Lido swimming pool) and Columbia Road Flower Market on a Sunday. It's also a short walk or bus ride from the fashionable restaurants and bars of Shoreditch, Hoxton and Dalston. Hoxton and Shoreditch have a vibrant art scene with lots of galleries and boutiques. Brick Lane, with its edgy fashion houses, is also nearby. And Dalston is the trendiest place for nightlife in London. The area is full of creatives.

Nearest Tubes:
5 mins walk from Haggerston station on the new Overground line. Old Street & Liverpool Street stations are a 10 minute bus ride away.

The bus stops service: The City & West End. (Numbers 242, 243, 67, 149, 55, 48, 26, 236).

There are also 'Boris bikes literally on our street, 10 seconds away.
