Lovely 5 Bed home in Quillan, France

A semi-detached large house on a quiet street in a small town in the south of France. It has two double bedrooms, one twin with bunk beds suitable for children, one single and a double bed on a mezzanine level. Large summer kitchen with bbq and garden. We have a large lounge and dining area and a separate kitchen with dishwasher, microwave etc. Two WC's and a family bathroom. We also have a drive and the garden is completely secure in the garage there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer. There is a balcony along the front of the house which gets the sun all day and a small balcony at the back with gets the sun late afternoon. We have WiFi internet access and UK and French TV. The house is spacious and comfortable with everything you could need. We have two cats and a dog.

Quillan is a small town located at the foothills of the Pyrenees, on the road between Carcassonne and Perpignan. A typically French town it has beautiful views of the mountains and is very popular for walkers and cyclists, water sports on the river Aude and skiing as close as 25km away. The town has all the shops you can need including banks and supermarkets. There are several bars and cafes and plenty of good restaurants. There are markets on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. The town is lovely place from which to discover the Pyrenees, Cathar country, Carcassonne and Perpignan.
