This a very spacious 4 bedroom , 4 bathroom family villa- 7 mins drive from Mall of the Emirates (one of the largest malls in Dubai which houses ski Dubai, the indoor ski park, lots of designer and other own brand stores, cinemas and kids entertainment). The local mall (Al barsha mall )is only a few mins drive and has a big grocery supermarket, spa, starbucks and a few other stores. There is a grocery store just across the property that also delivers for free.

One 4 seater (2 door) puegeot car is also available for exchange and will take you comfortably anywhere in Dubai.

The villa is located on 2000sqm (half an acre) and has lawns around it with a swing set and a full size trampoline for the kids.

There are plenty of activities for everyone in Dubai; you can visit the burj khalifa and the downtown area (10-15 mins drive and the same on metro), ski dubai is only 7 mins drive, beautiful jumeirah beack and the kite beach are 15 mins drive and old dubai and dubai creek on about 20 mins drive or the same on metro.
