Lovely 3 Bed home in Perth, Australia

Our home is set in a quiet cul-de-sac in the suburb of Kingsley about 15 mins north of Perth CBD. We are close to bus and train services and many shops and restaurants are nearby. We are close to several spectacular sandy beaches.

We are a retired couple so our home exudes the relaxed lifestyle we have come to love. The 3 bedrooms can easily accommodate up to 5 people, although it is best suited to a couple only. As we have a swimming pool, we regret that the home is not suited to young children or pets.

There are several parks within easy walking distance as is the walk trail around Lake Goollelal. Hillarys Marina with its many shops, restaurants and entertainment options is about 10 mins away as is the magnificent walk along the coastal track looking out over the Marmion Marine Park.

Wine and food buffs are well catered for with the Swan Valley wine area just 20 mins away and the famous Margaret River region easily accessible by road.

Several golf courses are just a short drive away. Many other sporting facilities are available and both Perth and Fremantle are easily accessible by road or train.
