We are VERY handy for shops and amenities in the High Street - literally only a few minutes walk in the bustling town of Crediton. There is a Lord's Meadow Leisure Centre within 10 mins walk and a thriving Arts Centre literally right next door to us.

Exeter (20 mins drive or bus/train handy) is a vibrant city and Dartmoor and Devon beaches are only 30 to 45 mins drive away. We do have one cat only called Alby and a few tropical fish.

About the location

Even though we are handy for shops and amenities in the friendly town of Crediton which has a sports centre nearby and a thriving Arts Centre, we also are surrounded by beautiful gardens which gives a rural feel to the house.
Shobrooke Park is only a few mins drive with stunning lakes and huge trees and hills - lots of local walks around Crediton too.
Exeter (20 mins drive or bus/train handy) is a vibrant city and we love The Picture House or Vue cinemas in Exeter or sauntering around the Historic Cathedral Green. The Quay is also beautiful with its extensive range of cafes and original outlets and footpaths alongside the meandering River Exe. There is a Clip n'Climb!

Dartmoor and Devon beaches like Exmouth, Sidmouth are only 30 to 40 mins drive away or Braunton or Woolacombe on the North Devon coast are stunning. There are also wonderful days out at places like Knightshayes or Escot with its maze, trampolines, birds of prey, otters and the death slide! Or Paignton Zoo and Plymouth Aquarium.
