Lovely 3 Bed home in Hot Springs Village, USA

Our comfortable 3 bedroom home is in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. It is nestled in the Quachita Mountains only 45 miles from Little Rock, the state capital.

Golf is a popular year round activity with nine challenging country club quality courses on the property, and four of them have been listed among the top ten public courses in Arkansas. There is a very active tennis community with ten clay and four hard courts....just call the pro shop and they will arrange matches for you. There are also eight pickle ball courts and an active group of enthusiasts. Six beautiful lakes dot the property....swimming, fishing, boating. There is a wonderful state of the art fitness center, indoor and out swimming pools, hiking trails, a library, over 150 active interest groups, and many churches to choose from. Restaurants and shopping are both in and around the "Village".

The city of Hot Springs, 20 minutes away, boasts hot springs bath houses dating back to the 1920s, art galleries, small cafes and gourmet dining, a casino, horse racing in the spring, and two large lakes (Hamilton and Quachita). Little Rock, an hour away, offers everything you would expect of a state capital including the President Clinton library and the Arkansas Symphony Orchestra. Dallas, Texas, is only a five hours drive away. Branson, Missouri, where all the wonderful shows are playing is a four hour drive away. Memphis, Tennessee, where Elvis is frequently spotted, is a three hour drive, and a visit to Graceland, the Presley mansion, is a must.

Our one level home is centrally located in the "Village", with two bedrooms, a den, two baths, a comfortable living room with a fireplace, a well appointed kitchen, a two car garage, and a large deck overlooking the woods where we often see deer and wild turkeys and other critters. The house is also equipped with the normal amenities, such as TV'S, Netflix, Wifi, running water, and toilet paper.

An automobile exchange as a part of the package is important to us.... we have a 2009 Chevrolet Impala to offer. And, there are two very nice TREK bikes in the garage as well as his and her golf clubs for your use.

We are currently looking for an exchange of three to eight weeks during September and October of this year/2014. We are most interested in Italy, Ireland, Scotland and England at this time....but would also like to consider exchange offers for 2015 as well. Our one previous exchange so far was to New Zealand for six weeks, and it was fantastic.
