Lovely 4 Bed home in Penryn, England

We live in Cornwall with its many unspoilt beaches, moorland and picturesque harbour villages.

Our pretty barn conversion was built four years ago. It's a lovely light filled house with beautiful views over towards the south coast of Cornwall. The house has three double rooms and a large nursery with bunk beds and a cot. More children could be accomodated if needed. All bedrooms are ensuite, two with bathrooms, two with shower rooms. There are woodburning stoves in the conservatory and sittingroom for cosy nights in. Please note - baby not included! ;-)

We have a BBQ outside and lots of pretty spaces to sit out and grassy garden areas for children to play. There is parking for 4 cars. If you like walking there are plenty of pushchair friendly strolls along lanes straight from the house. The nearest village shop for milk etc is less than 5 minutes by car; nearest supermarket is 10 minutes away by car.

About 15 minutes drive is the beautiful south coast and habour town Falmouth. Falmouth has lots of family friendly beaches in and around it that are great for cafes, swimming and snorkling. The stunning north coast with high cliffs and golden sandy beaches is around 25 minutes away - Great for cliff walks and surfing. Other activities available in the area are all manner of watersports including boat trips, sailing and kayaking, horse riding and coastal hiking. Come and stay!
