Being located in Crouch End, our home has the numerous benefits that come with living in such a fantastic part of London - Crouch End is a very desirable district of North London full of fantastic restaurants, pubs, an arthouse cinema, a comedy club, beautiful boutiques, independent coffee houses and delis.

Crouch End is a very popular area for families - our home backs onto Priory Park and there are two other parks nearby, not to mention the grasslands of Alexandra Palace (with fantastic views of London) and woodlands of Queens Woods and Highgate Woods a short walk away. We have a swimming pool 5 mins walk away, tennis courts and soft play centre. Hampstead Heath is not far from here offering expansive views of London skyline and heathlands to get lost in.

Most importantly, access to the centre of London is really easy and takes approx 30 minutes by tube and bus, 24 hours a day.

Our home offers 4 bedrooms (2 single beds and 2 doubles) so could accomodate 6 people with 2 pairs sharing.
One of the doubles has an en suite shower room with views across the park.
We have a garden and there are some bikes for your use.

We have an 11 year old daughter and 7 year old son so full of toys for your use.

There is internet access and TV/DVD player.

We'd be interested in exchanges in children's holiday times or weekends and would love anywhere European.
