Lovely 3 Bed home in Rathfriland, Northern Ireland

My house is located in south Down, within in easy reach of Dublin/Belfast and in the area of the Mourne Mountains. This 3 bedroomed bungalow, in a beautiful rural setting, was built in 1998. It has lawns and gardens front and rear, but enjoys stunning valley and mountain views to the south.There is an en suite bathroom with shower attached to the master, and a family bathroom with shower and bath. The cloakroom has a toilet and wash-hand basin. I have a kitchen, which also includes a small lounging area, a separate dining room and a study. There is also a sitting room which looks out over the valley towards Slieve Gullion.

Dublin and Belfast are just over an hour away by car and places like the Giant's Causeway can be visited in a day trip. The coastal towns of Warrenpoint, Rostrevor and Newcastle are within easy reach, and the whole area offers many opportunites for outdoor pursuits, nature reserves, local archeology etc. Belfast offers shopping along with museums, theatres, monuments,the Titanic Quarter, and smaller local towns are easily accessible.
