Lovely 4 Bed home in Warwick, England

Our 4 bedroom bungalow in Warwick was totally renovated and refurbished in 2013. It has excellent transport links, with Warwick station 5 minutes walk away. There is a huge open plan living, dining and kitchen, which is equipped with dinning for 8 guests; an American style fridge freezer with infinite ice for your gin and tonics.

There are 4 bedrooms, two with single beds (one that has a pull out bed beneath); one king size bed with patio doors onto garden and a super king size bedroom.

Outside there is a large patio with 4 Indian Ocean chairs, a wooden table and a BBQ (charcoal) and a fire pit. The garden is south facing and secure for children and pets.

Warwick has the oldest castle in the Country and in 2014 the town is celebrating its 1100 birthday with loads of events (see warwickrocks website). It has loads of fab restaurants within walking distance and the racecourse is a 15 minute walk away. There is a weekly Saturday artisan market which is a must. Stratford upon Avon's market is on a Friday morning. There are two large parks within 10 minutes from the house, with boat hire on the Avon in St Nicholaspark, which also has a leisure centre and public swimming pool.

The Castle is a 15 minute walk away and is a must for your visit to Warwick. The house is conveniently located for a trip to Historic Stratford upon Avon(20 mins by car); Eclectic and chic Leamington Spa (5 mins by car, 10 mins by train)Cosmopolitan Birmingham (35 mins by train); Bicester Village shopping centre (40 mins by car); London (1 hour 10 mins by train). There are 4 bicycles in our garage that you are free to use. The Grandcanal is 2 minutes away and is great for cycling or just walking along the tow paths to the locks and many pubs.

We also have a three bedroom, 2 bathroom holiday home by the Seaside in Carmarthenshire available too overlooking the Gower Peninsular available for non-simultaneous swap or rental if you would prefer. (www.
