We are the proud owners of a cozy home in the family friendly neighborhood of Blackburn Hamlet in Ottawa.

Our house has 4 bedrooms, one and a half bathrooms, open concept kitchen/dining room/living room, basement playroom/TV room. Hardwood floors throughout the entire house. Plenty of places for the whole family to enjoy!

Wonderful backyard with large deck, barbecue and open access to the green space and walking trail behind our home. Great for kids all year round - sandbox, kiddie pool, garden and a sledding hill.

We're 10 minutes away from downtown attractions yet also 10 minutes from protected nature areas where you can see turtles, deer, beavers and many birds. Walking distance to grocery store, library, public outdoor pool and skating rinks. Easy access to other parts of the city by bus or car.

Ottawa is an amazing english/ french speaking city with something to offer in every season. Incredible culture with over a dozen amazing museums. Festivals all year round like Bluesfest, Winterlude, The Tulip Festival, Canada Day Celebrations plus many more.

We're also a very green and eco-friendly city. There are many outdoor activities such as swimming, biking, hiking, golfing, canoeing, camping, downhill and cross country skiing, and skating near by. Plenty of choices if you're looking for local, organic food in stores, farmer markets, and restaurants.

Canada is a wonderful country with full distinct seasons to experience. Warm summers, snowy winters, and spectacular fall colors.
