This beautiful apartment has all the benefits of both city and beach living because the Mediterranean sea is just 5 minutes walk from the front door. The town centre is car free and everything you need is within walking distance.
Senigallia is where the Italians go on holiday, a well kept secret from the Brits who all head for Tuscany which is two regions over.

The beach (photo 7 with the umbrellas) is ideal for families as the sea remains at waist level for 50 metres. The seafront and town centre are full of great places to eat and drink, including two Michelin starred restaurants.

Senigallia's central location is a perfect base to explore Italy from. Just three hours from Rome and Venice, two hours from Bologna and an hour from the historic city of Urbino - and 25 minutes from the local airport of Ancona, door to door.

The Monte Conero (the headland in the last photo) is 30 minutes away - with it's crisp white sands, rolling hills and vineyards, famous for its red wine. The local white wine is the Verdicchio.
If mountains are your thing there are great national parks within half an hour's drive.

The apartment is 130 msq, on the second floor of one of the oldest buildings in the town (the left hand building in the first photo).

The apartment has a large living area with a 4metre high fresco'd ceiling, mezzanine and dining area, there is a large kitchen with another dining area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with shower and jacuzzi sized bath. There is an double bed in one bedroom and a second bedroom with a single bed and double sofa bed. There are two other double sofa beds in the apartment.
