Great, modern and large Loft-Triplex in the best part of Brussels

Please allow us to introduce ourselves. We are a family of 3 people (2 adults + 1 child) and we would like to swap our beautiful contemporary large private Loft-Triplex of 360 square meters (3900 square feet) for this coming summer anywhere in the world, starting as early as the 26th of June 2015 until as late as we will agree on the swap period, but if possible until the 23rd of August 2015.

For your information, our Loft-Triplex is located in Ixelles, considered as the best and most trendy area of “the Capital of Europe” (Brussels - Belgium). The Loft-Triplex is on the city center and has everything needed for a perfect summer vacation: transportation (bus and subway less than three minutes by foot) as well as close to all famous caters, pubs, restaurant, grocery market (less than two minutes by foot), but also entertainment, art, museum, sport and the great shopping center on Avenue Louise.

This fully furnished and well equipped Loft-Triplex has a terrace of 35 square meters (40 square feet), a private parking for 2 cars (to be eventually included within the swap) and 3 secure entrances. It is very quiet, private, sunny and really enjoyable for a family or an individual who want to spend the summer or part of it in Brussels and travel by train to Europe (80 minutes to Paris, 90 minutes to Amsterdam, 100 minutes to Berlin and 115 minutes to London) or around an hour by flight to Spain, Italy and Portugal.

Furthermore, our Loft-Triplex was built by a famous Belgium architect and is composed with 2 and half bedrooms, which could accommodate 11 people (with 1 king-side bed, a sofa-bed, a baby-bed, 2 extra sofas in the living-room and an additional king-side mattress if needed), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilettes, a huge American kitchen, an art-deco living room (big screen TV, DVDs, international cable and high-speed WIFI internet) and a cozy dinning-room and living-room.

Finally, we can also provide bikes as well as everything for a memorable BBQ, which could be very useful and pleasant during the summer. References of our previous swaps are available upon requests.
