Lovely 3 Bed home in Brighton, England

We are hoping to get a swap for August. Our house is a beautiful large Victorian terrace house, with a lovely back garden large enough to barbeque and sunbath (4 chickens to give you fresh eggs if you are lucky), 2 reception rooms, 2 bathrooms (1 shower), a large kitchen/diner. Recently refurbished and all in clean well kept condition. We have 3 double bedrooms, 1 with twin beds, the other two have double beds. We are about 20 mins walk to the Palace Pier and beach and 15 mins walk to the famous Laines which are packed with fashion boutiques, bars and restaurants. It really is a busy buzzy city but has amazing countryside on your doorstep and London in an hour away.

We live 15 minutes walk from Brighton Station, The Royal Pavillion and the famous Laines offering many interesting shops, fashion boutiques, restaurants and Theatre. We are 20 minutes walk from the beach and Pier and a short bus journey to the South Downs where there are miles of beautiful country walks. Brighton has many pubs, bars and restaurants for all tastes and there is a vibrant music and theatre scene with loads of fun things taking place. The month of May there is an art and culture festival with a program of hundreds of theatre and shows going on all over the city. The surrounding country side has many historical places to visit and cosy country pubs with great food.

London is only 58 minutes by train and we have a connecting station 2 minutes walk away.
