Situated in Dawesville between the ocean and the Harvey Estuary about 100kms south of the state's capital city of Perth (pop.1.6m). It is a quiet area 15 minutes south of Mandurah. The city of Mandurah pop.90,000 is often referred to as " Perth's water playground " renowned for fishing, crabbing and boating (estuary & ocean). Mandurah has all modern facilities, shopping, cinemas & libraries, boat hire, etc. A Bus service from Dawesville to the Mandurah train station is nearby. Perth is less than one hour away by modern rail & freeway systems. Our home comprises: Four bedrooms,(sleeps 6/7 in 2 queen size beds & 3 single beds), 2 bathrooms (1 ensuite), spacious kitchen / dining / family room with LCD TV, separate lounge room with fireplace and plasma TV, and an Alfresco area with gas barbecue. Internet access (ADSL & WiFi) is connected. The home has ducted reverse cycle air conditioning to all rooms. Close to beaches, estuary and shopping centres. Close proximity to one of Australia's best coastal golf courses (other first class courses within 30 minutes drive). Take a peaceful stroll along the estuary walkways and you may see the dolphins. Two cars, both automatic, and sporting equipment including 2 bicycles available.

The State's premier tourist area, comprising wineries, tall trees, great beaches, whale watching, and historic towns are just a drive away ( 1 to 3 hours).
