Gold Hill Cottage
We live in an eighteenth-century thatched cottage which has been extended over the centuries at the bottom of the famous Gold Hill. The house is in a very pretty friendly street close to the centre of Shaftesbury but also very near open countryside and walks. The house is cosy and full of character. There are lots of books, games and space to relax. There is also a large secluded garden with a trampoline.
We also have a beautiful one bedroom self contained flat in a recently converted coach house next door which is available separately or together or for non-simultaneous exchange.
About the location
Within an hour are the spectacular Dorset coast, Bath, Longleat, Stonehenge and Salisbury and London is two hours by train.
