Lovely 2 Bed home in Phoenix, USA

We have a lovely 2,200 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath, double-storey town house located in Phoenix. We are about 10 minutes from the airport; 10 minutes from downtown Phoenix and sporting events; 5 minutes from the Biltmore Shopping Center and 10 minutes from Old Town Scottsdale known for its art shops and restaurants. We are also within minutes of the major freeways; 1-½ hours from Tucson; 1 hour from Prescott; 1 ½ from Sedona; 2 hours from Flagstaff and 3 from The Grand Canyon.

Our home is in a gated community of 27 townhomes and consists of a lounge-sitting area with large TV (complete with cable and Apple direct TV), circular bar with seats for 6, dining room for 8 (with wood burning fireplace), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has high ceilings and a King bed with en-suite. The upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and bathroom. We have a large open plan kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas stove and dual oven, microwave, large fridge and dishwasher. There is also a separate laundry with washing machine/dryer. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house, central heating and cooling and ceiling fans. Outside the French doors off the dining room, there is a Spanish garden which appeared in Phoenix Home and Garden and includes a built-in gas BBQ, bar and stools for 6 and a small table for 2 so you can sit in the garden to eat or read the newspaper. Out the back gate only steps away is a large swimming pool, outdoor fireplace, and sauna. Our home is modern, clean (remodeled in 2009) and decorated with an Asian flair as we lived overseas for many years.
