This is a cozy and homely house in a peaceful neighbourhood with the house and property surrounded by greenery. Sit in the lounge, bedrooms, study, or out in the garden and be treated to a cacophony (pleasantly loud and varied) of bird song.

I love the park close by, river and green belt that borders my property, the peace and tranquillity, the easy access to shops, malls, theatres, cinema's, restaurants, freeways, and a hospital. The fact that I'm fifteen minutes away from South Africa's largest and most prolific business centre is also a major positive. I also love the fact that my house in a cul de sac / dead end. As a consequence I have no traffic driving past my house.
