Large kithcen (with dishwasher), air conditioning, satellite tv and internet access. there is washing machine but no drier as there is so much sun and wind on the balconies that it is useless!

= Airport, train station, highway, malls area and hospital are at 10-15 min.
= Supermarket at 5 min walking.
= The center can be reached in 15 min by bus or 30 min walking.
= A big guarded parking area is just behind the house, in the same area there are swimming pool, pizzeria, tennis and summer cinema.
