We love our home. And whilst it's small, it is cosy, and its perfectly located in one of the best boroughs of London.

Victorian cottage built in 1860, in the heart of Richmond, less than five minutes walk to the shops and train station. Trains to London Waterloo take just 18 minutes. There is plenty to do in the local area with Kew Gardens and Richmond Park in walking distance, the local indoor and outdoor swimming pool just five minutes away.

About the location

We love this area as there is so much to see and do. With three cinemas and two theatres, Richmond Park, great shops and the river, Richmond has plenty to offer. The river Thames is a short stroll from the house and for walkers, the tow path to Hampton Court via Ham House is a great day out. We have passes for Kew Gardens which is great for plant lovers and for those with kids, there is a lovely play area called 'climbers and creepers'! If you want more action, there are fast trains to Waterloo station and all that the Southbank has to offer, including the Royal Festival Hall, The National Theatre, Hayward Gallery and just a bit further along the river, The Tate Modern. It's a great base to explore all that London offers.
