Bright airy home - beautiful Bath

Our house is in a quiet area, a 25 minute walk (10 minutes on the bus) from the centre of Bath. It has 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a single) and a double sofa-bed in the sun-lounge. There are 2 bathrooms, a kitchen/dining room, a lounge and a bright sun-lounge with bi-fold doors into the garden. The terraced garden gives several places to sit and relax.
We have a great view towards Solsbury Hill (as in Peter Gabriel`s song).

About the location

Bath is crammed full of things to do and see. Enjoy the Georgian architecture, Roman Baths, Jane Austen centre, the Theatre Royal, beautiful Bath Abbey, the American museum, No.1 Royal Crescent, or have a swim in the Thermae Spa Baths. Visit the Assembly rooms and Fashion Museum or have tea in the Royal Crescent Hotel. The Victoria gallery has good exhibitions and the Holborn museum is worth a visit. There are many restaurants and lots of independent shops. The free guided walks are really worth doing and the river cruise gives a different view of the area.

Visit Stonehenge, Wales, the Cotswolds, Wookey Hole, Cheddar Gorge, London (1.5 hours by train) and several National Trust properties. Dyrham Park (10 minutes by car). Stourhead (45 minutes). Lacock (25 minutes).
There are lots of good walks and cycle routes near here; Cotswold Way, Kennet and Avon canal; Two Tunnels Greenway; Bath to Bristol cycleway.
