Edinburgh family home

A well-loved 1920s family home, three miles from the city centre. Excellent bus services - including buses to the train stations, airport and Glasgow within 5 minutes walk. Short walk to the Zoo and local parks with tennis and bowling.

We can easily accommodate 7 people and 2 others could sleep on sofa-beds. Our children are grown but we still have lots of toys and books. The sitting room has access to the garden and the dining-kitchen. We have a small bathroom with toilet and a shower/toilet room. Microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi, off-street parking.

The main bedroom has a 7' by 5' bed - longer than a king size; the second bedroom has a king size bed and the third bedroom has a single bed. The study bedroom has bunk beds which are standard singles.

Our house is a bungalow with three internal steps to get from the bedroomsa and bathrooms to the living and dining areas. There is a handrail by the steps.

Edinburgh has festivals, restaurants, bars, museums, galleries, historic attractions and local beaches. We are a good location for visiting Scotland.
