Lovely newly renovated Edwardian 3 bed house in Tooting bec, in London. Ideal for a family with children (we have children ourselves) or group of max 8 people for visiting London.

Ground floor-Spacious open plan kitchen/diner and separate lounge with a sleep sofa that can sleep two if needed. bathroom with shower.
First floor-Two bright and large double bedrooms. The double bedroom facing the garden has a king size bed. The other double bedroom has two single beds. This room has lots of children's book in English, Italian and Chinese and loads of toys. Additional bed can be set up in either of the double bedroom if needed. A single bedroom that is mainly used as office. A family bathroom with shower bathtub.
Large secluded south east facing garden with half-drum BBQ, little tikes slide, a wooden playhouse and outdoor toys to entertain children.
About the area:
Our house is 5 min walk from Tooting bec underground station. It is a quick tube ride into central London. It is also 15min walking distance or a few minutes bus ride to Balham train station which takes you to London Victoria Station in 10 minutes.
Large park with playground and tennis courts is five min away (Tooting bec common). You will find independent grocery shop and local pub at the street corner. Lidl and Sainsbury in just 5 min walking distance. Great selection of restaurants and sweet shops on Tooting high street which is 5 min walk away. There are also a lot of popular restaurants and bars in nearby Balham.
