The house has 2 double rooms (both with en-suite) and 1 single room (the other bedroom currently in use as a studio) spread over 3 floors. As the house is less than 5 years old, it has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is a small garden to the rear, with secure parking.

The suberb of New Broughton has recently undergone huge redevelopment and property is sought after in this area. There is a local store, pharmacy, cafe and chippy all within 2 minutes walk.

Futher afield, Manchester City Centre is a 20 minute walk, with good public transport links. Notable attractions include Manchester Cathedral, Printworks and Royal Exchange Theatre which are 1.4 miles away. For sports fans, Old Trafford (Manchester United's home stadium) with its nearby Salford Quays and Media City, home to the BBC, are 3 miles away. For those who enjoy a walk, many excellent hiking locations in the Lancashire Countryside are only 20 minutes drive away.

Whilst the city centre of Manchester is very accessible by foot or by public transport, the Greater Manchester area also has a lot to offer, so a car could be useful. We are potentially open to a car exchange if insurance and other arrangements can be sorted.
