4 bedroom Victorian semi-detatched house in central Edinburgh (Polwarth / Bruntsfield area). 4 bedrooms, 3 upstairs (1 double, 2 bedrooms each with 1 single bed and 1 toddler bed) and 1 downstairs (double sofa bed). Lounge, dining room, kitchen with patio doors to garden (with trampoline!). 2 bathrooms (1 bath, 1 shower).

There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby in Bruntsfield (5 mins walk). It takes about 25 minutes to walk to Princes St from the house, or there is a regular bus service from our street (bus stop right outside). You don't need a car, but we have off street parking if you do want to bring it.

We have a young family so there are lots of toys and games indoors and out.
