Welcoming 4 bedroom family home greater London

Our house is a typical English family home built in 1927 in a street of families and professionals. The street is really quiet even though we are near the bustle of central Kingston - a thriving market town. We have four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. Upstairs there is a bathroom and a shower room both with toilets. Downstairs there is a sitting room at the front of the house, a playroom (which has a sofa bed if needed) and a large kitchen/dining room with sliding glass doors leading onto our sunny garden. We also have a downstairs toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is wooden decking with a table and chairs for al fresco dining leading to a lawned area. At the end of the garden we have a summer house which serves as a teenage den. It houses a drum kit (we have very understanding neighbours), a sound system including a record player for old fashioned vinyl and dolls houses for our younger friends. There is also a sofa bed for summer sleep outs.
We have lived here for 14 years and love our comfortable home. It`s a great area to live in and there is lots to do within walking distance.
