Welcoming 4 bedroom house - London home swap

Our house is a typical English family home built in 1927 in a street of families and professionals. The street is really quiet even though we are near the bustle of central Kingston - a thriving market town. We have four bedrooms, two with double beds and two with single beds. Upstairs there is a bathroom and a shower room both with toilets. Downstairs there is a sitting room at the front of the house, a playroom (which has a sofa bed if needed) and a large kitchen/dining room with sliding glass doors leading onto our sunny garden. We also have a downstairs toilet and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside there is wooden decking with a table and chairs for al fresco dining leading to a lawned area. At the end of the garden we have a summer house which serves as a teenage den. It houses a drum kit (we have very understanding neighbours), a sound system including a record player for old fashioned vinyl and dolls houses for our younger friends. There is also a sofa bed for summer sleep outs. In the summer months we have an inflatable hot tub set up under our apple tree.
We have lived here for 14 years and love our comfortable home. It's a great area to live in and there is lots to do within walking distance.
