We have a two bedroomed ground floor apartment with an easy 45 minute commute by public transport to the heart of London and easy access to a nationwide road network with two airports within 30 miles.

We have a 'local' supermarket just around the corner and an eight minute walk to Enfield town centre with the London Overground Railway two minutes further on which connects with the underground arriving in the centre of London in approximately 45 minutes. There is a very good bus network both locally and from the town centre.
Our apartment has an open plan lounge and dining room which is south facing and the french doors open out to the very spacious communal gardens. The bedroom has a six foot superking double bed consisting of two single mattresses for independent comfort. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. The kitchen has a gas hob, double electric ovens with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. We are well insulated and have gas central heating making for cosy winters. Our satellite television system in the lounge and bedroom has entertainment and full sports coverage with an inbuilt BlueRay player in the lounge.
